RE: Alarm System Registration Requirements! False alarm reduction efforts!

In an effort to reduce false alarms, many counties and municipalities now require that your alarm system be registered, often imposing fines or registration fees for unregistered alarm systems. It is the responsibility of the homeowner/alarm system owner to know these requirements and to remain in compliance. Please check with your county or local municipality about current Security and Fire Alarm System registration requirements.
Hall County currently does not require the registration of alarm systems. However, below is a list of some locations with registration ordinances in place. This list is not complete and is subject to change. Please check with your county, town, and city to be certain that you are in compliance.
